Brian has made a name for himself as an innovative chef and strong leader. With over 10 years of Corporate Chef experience, he has created many culinary trends and successfully opened several restaurants concepts spanning 4 states.
One of the most balanced chefs in the industry, his creative highlights are coupled with strong fiscal mentality. He has a keen sense for menu engineering and marketing and has worked closely with architects and designers on building efficient and effective restaurants.
Always hungry for new products and techniques, Brian has traveled the world cooking and learning from some of the finest chefs in the field. Family vacations always turn into culinary excursions with trips to local markets or the occasional Michelin Star visits. Always a constant teacher and motivator, his enthusiasm for food gets transferred to those who learn and cook with him.
